The Rio bag on wheels is a unisex dog carrier is a popular option dog bag for men or women. Carrier is made from a durable nylon Fabric for maximum durability and is trimmed in a faux leather trim.  Its roomy enough to accommodate dogs up to 15 lbs.

When not using this bag as a carry on, you can use it as a backpack, by detaching roller wheels and attaching backpack straps that are included.

Ventilated on top and sides with roll up/down zipper window so your dog can stick it's head out. The Payton Bag has one exterior zipper pocket for storage.
