The staff at Pawlicious & Company take pride in offering quality products. We value and appreciate each and every customer and want your experience to be a positive one on every order.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept item(s) back within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be new, unwashed, unworn and have the original tags attached. Availability on exchanges is not guaranteed and is based on current inventory.

Instructions for Returning

Our system is simple and automated, no complex forms. You visit our Returns Page here, and follow the simple steps.

You will receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, put it on the shipping label or inside the box for quicker processing.

Note: If you item is damaged or defective, we will email you a shipping label, otherwise the customer is responsible for return postage.

Refund Processing Time

We make every effort to inspect your return and issue you a refund within 7 days of receipt back to our facility, less original shipping costs.

If you are not satisfied with your experience in anyway, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

Return Shipping

If you are returning an item, all return shipping and delivery charges are at the sole responsibility of the customer.

If you received an incorrect item style, color, size or product, Pawlicious & Company will send you a prepaid return shipping label and get the correct item out to you once your return is received.
